Join us for a two-hour process featuring Dynamic Meditation. Dynamic is a 5 stage practice using breathwork, movement, and sound to cathartically release emotions, energise the body, and drop into stillness and meditation.

What to Expect:

Breathwork, Movement, and Sound:
to release repressed emotions that often weigh us down. It is very invigorating.

Enlivening and Healing:
This practice is designed to be enlivening and healing, providing a unique opportunity to clear mental chatter and repressed emotions that may hinder living fully and joyfully.

Meditation:
Dynamic Meditation was created by the mystic Osho specifically to assist Westerners to meditate: clearing mental and emotional clutter that makes it hard to find the peace and bliss of meditation.

Facilitation:
Ajay is a Certified Hakomi (Somatic) Psychotherapist. He is also trained in running groups focussing on emotional release work, tantric energy work and active meditations. He has been on his own journey over many years with both these bodies of work and finds they complement each other very well.
