The stresses of isolation, financial and health concerns can be particularly challenging at this time. So it is important to seek help if you need it, rather than to feel you need to “go it alone”. It is my passion to work with people in challenging times. I am available to support you.

At your first appointment, we will have a conversation about what is going on for you. We will also discuss which approaches you would find most useful to address your issues. Of course this may evolve over time. So, we will adapt to your changing needs.
